REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing TRAVETOPIA. We value your business and aim to provide the best travel services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Travel Tickets (Flights, Trains, Buses, Attractions)

Refunds for travel tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of our third-party providers (Airlines, Operators, or Service Providers).

  • Refundable Tickets: If your ticket is marked as “Refundable,” you may request a refund subject to a cancellation fee from the provider and a service fee from us.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Many promotional or economy tickets are non-refundable. In these cases, we cannot offer a refund once the booking is confirmed.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled travel, no refund will be issued.
2. Itinerary Guidebooks (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Itinerary Guidebooks are final.

  • No Refunds: Once the download link has been sent or accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Exceptions: We may offer a refund or replacement if the file is corrupted, or if there was a duplicate purchase due to a technical error on our website.
3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at travetopia@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. The reason for the refund request.
  3. Supporting documentation (if applicable).
4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within [e.g., 7-14] business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the transaction.

5. Service Fees

Please note that TRAVETOPIA reserves the right to charge a non-refundable administrative fee of RM1 for processing refund requests to cover transaction costs.
