3. Travel Bookings & Tickets
- Service Provider: TRAVETOPIA acts as an intermediary agent between you and the travel providers (airlines, transport operators, attractions).
- Provider Terms: Your booking is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective travel provider. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service quality issues caused by the provider.
- Accuracy of Info: You are responsible for providing correct traveler details (e.g., name as per passport). Any fees incurred due to incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
4. Digital Delivery Policy
Since our products are digital, the following delivery terms apply:
- E-Tickets: Will be sent to your registered email address within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Digital Guidebooks: Available for instant download via the confirmation page or email link upon successful payment.
- Technical Issues: If you do not receive your digital product, please check your ‘Spam’ folder or contact our support team immediately.
5. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are listed in MYR.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
- Payment must be received in full before any digital assets or ticket confirmations are released.
